Every once in a while, I get the call from a frustrated seller: "We've had the home listed, it's on the MLS, it's on all the big websites… but nothing is happening." That was the case with this property. It had been sitting on the market, getting little traction, and the sellers were understandably discouraged. They reached out to me because they knew our approach is different. We don't just throw a home on the MLS and hope for the best — we market the hell out of it. The first step was re-positioning the property with fresh, engaging content. We leaned heavily into social media retargeting campaigns to get in front of the right buyers again and again. On top of that, we produced high-quality, scroll-stopping video content designed to not just show the home, but to make people feel it — the kind of content that gets buyers to actually stop, watch, and interact. We pushed the exposure everywhere possible, tracked engagement, and kept refining until the right momentum started building. Buying and selling at the same time can feel like walking a tightrope — and that was exactly the situation for one of my recent clients. Helping a Veteran Buy Their Home from Overseas
One of my favorite success stories is helping a Veteran client purchase their home in Spokane while deployed overseas. They couldn't be here in person, so my job was to make the process seamless, safe, and stress-free from start to finish. We started with virtual buyer consultations to really dial in on their priorities — neighborhoods that matched their lifestyle, commute factors, and the features that mattered most. Once I understood their criteria, I became their "boots on the ground." Every showing was done via FaceTime or through detailed video walkthroughs, where I pointed out both the highlights and the things that photos online tend to hide. I also guided them through the common traps to watch out for when buying sight unseen — making sure they had the right inspections, full context about the area, and local resources they could trust. My goal was to ensure they felt as confident buying from thousands of miles away as if they were right here walking through the home themselves. When the right property came along, we wrote the offer, handled everything remotely, and they closed on their Spokane home without ever setting foot inside before move-in day. The best part? When they finally came home and walked through their front door for the very first time… they absolutely loved it.
